Organizational Risk Assessment (ORA)


The ORA helps leadership increase wellness at work and creates a healthier, more productive culture at the workplace by linking an environmental health risk assessment to environment-level health risk-reduction programming. This is done by employing worksite and building asset screening and asset-improvement coaching as the platform for delivering altered worksite settings.

The ORA has three surveys that are conducted to determine the following information:
Survey 1 - Worksite Wellness Assessment
Survey 2 - Leadership Team Assessment
Survey 3 - Employee Perception Assessment

Scorecards and recommendations for augmenting facets of the work environments are produced and follow-up consultation is provided on an ongoing basis to ensure success of your program.
